Many fans recall Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker’s feud, which ended the latter’s streak. But there was a point in 2002 when The Phenom’s ex-wife became embroiled in their rivalry. The Beast Incarnate also delivered a scary message to his legendary rival’s ex-partner during the fight.
The Beast Incarnate made his debut in 2002 and rapidly rose to the top of the lineup. He had feuds with The Hardy Boyz, Booker T, Rob Van Dam, and others the same year. Later on, he even faced The Undertaker. Both stars were supposed to fight at Unforgiven, but things became heated before the event.
Sara, The Undertaker’s ex wife, was backstage to encourage her then-husband on the SmackDown programme preceding Unforgiven. The WWE superstar then faced Matt Hardy, who had Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman at ringside trying to distract The Phenom. The referee, though, eventually threw them out.
Lesnar and Paul were later seen backstage with Sara, prompting The Undertaker to return to the locker room area. Lesnar was able to assault his opponent, and before they went, he said to Sara, “Life’s a B***h.” Keeping this in mind, Brock Lesnar just “threatened” Sara as a plot device.
From 1989 through 1999, The Undertaker was married to his first wife, Jodi Lynn. Following their divorce, he met Sara and married her between 2000 and 2007. He married WWE veteran Michelle McCool in 2010, and the relationship is still going strong today.
