Bengaluru: The State Muzrai Department has released the list of top 10 temples In Karnataka with highest revenue. The temple has released the list of total revenue and total expenditure for the period 2022-23.
As usual, Sri Kukke Subrahmanya Temple in Kadaba Taluk of Dakshina Kannada District has secured the first place. Sri Mookambika Temple in Kollur, Shree Chamundeshwari Temple in Chamundi Hill, Mysuru are ranked second and third respectively.
As per the Muzrai Department here is the list of Top 10 temple and their revenue, Sri Kukke Subrahmanya Temple Revenue: Rs. 123.64 Crore and Expenses: Rs. 63.77 Crore, Sri Mookambika Temple, Kollur Income : Rs 59.47 Lakh and Expenses: Rs. 33.32 Lakh, Sri Chamundeshwari Temple, Mysore Income: Rs. 52.40 Lakh and Expenses: Rs 52.40 Lakh, Sri Siddhalingeshwar Temple, Yediyur Income: Rs. 36.48 Lakh and Expenses: Rs. 35.68 Lakh.
Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple, Kateel Revenue: Rs. 32.10 Crore and Expenses: Rs. 25.97 Crore, Sri Srikantheshwara Swamy Temple, Nanjangudu Revenue: Rs. 26.71 Crore and Expenses: Rs. 18.74 Crore, Sri Renuka Ellamma Temple, Savadatti Revenue: Rs. 22.52 Crore and Expenses: Rs. 11.51 Crore, Sri Durgaparameshwari Temple, Mandarthi Revenue: Rs. 14.55 Crore and Expenses: Rs. 13.02 Crore, Sri Ghati Subrahmanya Swamy Temple, Doddaballapur Revenue: Rs. 12.25 Crore and Expenses: Rs. 7.40 Crore and Sri Banashankari Temple, Bangalore with Revenue: Rs. 10.58 Crore and Expenses: Rs. 19.41 Crore secures the tenth position.
