Siddaramaiah has said that there is no grant for development in order to pay for the guarantees. It is clear that there is corruption in the transfer. MLAs themselves have said it openly. They have expressed their displeasure against the minister. But Siddaramaiah told half the truth.
Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar spoke about Singapore’s strategy to control the damage caused by his party leader B. K. Hariprasad’s statement. Shivakumar himself is now talking about his strategy going forward. This has shown that there is no unity and peace in them. The BJP High Command has not thought of destabilising the state government.
It is true that there is a difference between Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah. Although Shivakumar has twice openly stated about the instability of the government, he opined that the lack of information to the CM means that there is no harmony between the two.

Internal strife has increased. They are using SCP and TSP money to implement these government guarantees. About 13,000 crores of SCP/TSP scheme funds have been transferred to guarantee schemes. It is against social justice and it does injustice to all communities.
They have stopped our Government projects on the pretext of guarantee implementation. They have stopped all the schemes like Raita Vidyanidhi, Bhoo Raita Shakti, Bhoo Siri, Jeevan Jyoti insurance schemes given to farmers. They have cut Rs 4500 crore in the Agriculture Department and Rs. 3500 Crore in the Irrigation Department. This Government does not fully enforce the guarantees either. MLAs are dissatisfied because development works are not done. He said that this is why resentment is spotted.
