All over the world, and everywhere, all you hear people saying that ‘I am depressed’ and casually talking about their suicidal thoughts. If we look statistically, most of the youth give up on their life merely based on few incidents which they couldn’t cope up with. But the real question is, are they really depressed or do they like to be in delusional sad world?
It’s heartbreaking to see the amount of youth giving up on their life. Why do they give up on life so easily?? In few countries it has become a norm of sorts; if something doesn’t go well, all we need to do is resort to suicide. However, Is it the only solution they can find? The answer is an emphatic ‘no’.
People give up on their life so easily for their temporary problems. Now, here is the question, how can we reduce these thoughts. One.of the answer would be, by making good friends who will always be there for you. And also who are very optimistic.
Our society also needs an awareness on how to live a life and how not to live a life. Parents should jump the barrier between them and their children and talk freely. schooling or parenting should be full of love and care. Further, inferiority complex and feeling that we aren’t enough is mainly because of comparing ourselves to others lives.
Everyone is different, me, you or anyone. Everyone is born with uniqueness within themselves. So it is high time we stop envying people who have much more than us and aways look at those who have less than us. It will make our life much more easier and content.
Feel free to express what is right and what is wrong. Keeping questions to ourselves and not opening up is the main cause to hate oneself. Live a life with a motto of grow with the flow, as to not to worry about the future and not to overthink about the past. All we have to do is, do our best in everything that we do. Hence, everyone’s life is precious. It’s important for us to acknowledge and show love and care to our loved ones.
Hopefully let’s make our’s and others life much better and easier to live.
