We humans are made different, and in a way we feel everything and sometimes we don’t feel anything. As everyone’s favourite phrase, life is sweet but also its bitter truth. If we look back and see, most of our ancestors had no options to speak up or speak what they feel! It’s a tragedy, but we also see some people from our own generation, who neglect their mental health and prioritise something else.
We humans are created mysteriously, and most of the times we want to disappear from the crowd and be at peace. But rather people cope up with this and make work or other things as their priority. It’s not wrong but it’s not fair for our soul.
‘Take a break, when you feel too much’. Most of us might think what’s going to change in a break! But it’s needed. And we need that time away from everyone and everything to function properly. Otherwise like everyone we will live in world where only chaos exist not the peace and serenity.
But taking this point into consideration, we do not have to shut ourselves from people we love rather to be with those, whom you can be ourself.
Even if we posses whole world, if there’s no peace of mind, nothing matters. Be content with what you have. Let’s not pressurise the mind and heart do something for which it doesn’t cooperate. If the heart says no to something, be firm for it won’t give you peace. If the mental health is weak, no one can do anything, even if we have everything. Protect your mental health at any cost as it’s the shield of your body and heart.
