When media asked him about Dr Yatindra Siddaramaiah’s statement that the distribution of pressure cooker and iron box helped in the victory of his father, the former CM said the Election Commission must take note the same if it was true.
Already, one election petition had been pending against him. If there are evidence to Dr Yatindra’s statement then the Election Commission must take it seriously as the distribution of the freebies to the voters is a serious offence, he opined .
