The Central Universities Common Entrance Test for Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2023 has witnessed 11 new institutions joining and seven making amendments. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the CUET PG on behalf of the participating universities.
The 11 new institutions that have joined the CUET PG 2023 are Central University of Jammu, Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Central University of Odisha, Central University of Karnataka, Central University of Rajasthan, Central University of Punjab, Central University of Gujarat, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Central University of South Bihar, Central University of Haryana, and Central University of Jharkhand.
Seven institutions, including the Central University of Jammu, Central University of Jharkhand, Central University of Gujarat, Central University of South Bihar, Central University of Punjab, Central University of Tamil Nadu, and Central University of Haryana, have made amendments to their admission process.
CUET PG is conducted for admission to postgraduate courses in participating central universities. The test is a computer-based exam with objective-type questions. The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, and the duration of the exam is two hours. The test will be held in multiple shifts, and the candidate can choose the exam date and shift as per their convenience.
The CUET PG 2023 registration process will begin in the first week of May 2023, and the exam is scheduled to be held in the second week of June 2023. Candidates can apply online for the exam on the official website of NTA at cuet.nta.nic.in or nta.ac.in. The exam fee for general category candidates is Rs 800, while it is Rs 350 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories.
