New Delhi: Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari received a death threat on May 16 at his Delhi residence.
A call was made to the minister’s residential landline number. The aminister’s office informed and registered a complaint with the Delhi Police, sources said.
The police officials are now investigating the matter further and are trying to figure out the origin of the call. Further investigation into the matter is underway.
Meanwhile, the Police Officials informed that a death threat call was received at Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s residence. The Police Personnel said that the Minister’s office informed the local police regarding the entire incident.
As per sources in the Police the details of the incident are being verified and further probe into the matter is underway.
