Jackfruit Pakoda:
Ingredients:
1 cup jackfruit, chopped
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the chopped jackfruit, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Add a little water to the mixture and mix well to form a thick batter. The consistency should be such that the batter coats the jackfruit pieces evenly.u
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Once the oil is hot, take small portions of the batter and drop them in the oil, making sure to coat the jackfruit pieces well.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb (kheema)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Butter for cooking
Pav buns for serving
Directions:
Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
Add the finely chopped onions and fry until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chilies and fry for another minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add the ground lamb (kheema) and mix well.
Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook until the lamb is fully cooked.
Once cooked, add a generous amount of butter and mix well.
Serve hot with pav buns and more butter on top.

2 cups young jackfruit, chopped
