1. Cat-Cow Stretch: This pose helps to stretch the spine and improve flexibility. Get on your hands and knees, inhale and arch your back while lifting your head (cow pose), and exhale while rounding your spine and tucking your chin to your chest (cat pose). Repeat several times.
2. Modified Triangle Pose: Stand with your legs wide apart, keeping your feet parallel. Extend your arms to the sides, and then bend at your hips to reach your right hand toward your right foot, while keeping your left arm extended upward. Make sure to avoid any deep twists or overstretching. Repeat on the other side.
