An astonishing regulation was introduced by the Roatian Government, recently. The Mayor of the region brought a regulation of putting a ban on trolley bags. This decision was taken up post the disturbances faced by the localities because of the tourist trolley bags.
The initiative was introduced under ‘respect the city’ scheme. Can you imagine travelling on the streets of India, without getting to hear any of the noise? The two major things that our hands will lay on while driving will, the break and another the horn. Being stuck in the Indian traffic, the most irritating and exhausting factor would be the horns by cars, bikes and all forms of heavy vehicles. Neither schools, nor hospitals or residential areas are exceptional to this form of irritation. The noise decibel regulations are the most neglected in our country. Music or crackers are played and burst excessively and danced upon.
There are also regions in the world like, UAE where radios with high volumes in cars too are fined. It is said that, people on the streets in UAE take out their frustration of being struck in the traffic through their head lights. Like horns being the medium of communication against the other traveller, headlight wars happens here to fight, people say. Let people in India too adopt certain personal measures against noise pollution and may Government make the rules stringent so that an anti-noise pollution culture be upheld.
