The Hanover Lodge mansion is the name of the building. At 150 Park Road, it is close to Regent’s Park. The home was formerly owned by Goncharenko until two years ago. He had paid Rajkumar Bagri of the Conservative Party 120 million pounds for the mansion. The home costs close to Rs 1200 crore in Indian rupees.
The property was under development, according to a family office spokeswoman for Ravi Ruia, and was being sold for a competitive price.
