May 2023’s top-selling Mahindra petrol automobiles
Mahindra KUV 100
The Mahindra KUV100, which sold 0 vehicles in India this month, is ranked sixth. Nevertheless, Mahindra exported 202 KUV100 automobiles last month to foreign markets. In May of last year, Mahindra sold 0 KUV100 petrol vehicles in India.
Mahindra Scorpio
Aside from the Bolero, the Mahindra Scorpio has been one of the company’s best-selling items for the longest time. In May 2023, Mahindra sold 790 petrol Scorpios in India. There are two types of the Scorpio available for purchase: the Scorpio Classic and the Scorpio-N, the latter of which has a petrol engine.
Mahindra Thar
The Thar, which sold 1,106 units for Mahindra in May 2023, was the third-best-selling Mahindra petrol model. Like the majority of Mahindra SUVs, the Thar is offered in both petrol and diesel versions, with the latter seeing greater sales. When compared to Mahindra’s May 2022 sales of 803 units, the Thar petrol recorded a YoY gain of 37.7 per cent last month.
Mahindra XUV 700
The Mahindra XUV700 comes in second place, selling 1,506 units in May, an increase of 69.7 per cent from the 887 units sold in May 2022. The XUV700 is the company’s flagship vehicle and, like the Scorpio-N, is available in petrol and diesel versions. It also features ADAS technology.
Mahindra XUV 300
Finally, the best-selling Mahindra petrol vehicle in May 2023 is the XUV300, having registered 2149 unit sales last month. Compared to May 2022, however, the XUV300 petrol’s sales has seen a dip of 10.3 per cent, as Mahindra sold 2,397 units last May.
